Grand Aston Bali Beach Resort Welcomes New Executive Chef I Wayan Sudira

Grand Aston Bali Beach Resort is pleased to announce the hiring of its Executive Chef; Mr. I Wayan Sudira, whom will manage the resort’s 4 restaurants (Grand Benoa Resto, Bali Luna, Giorgio Italian Ristorante Pizzeria, and By The C) and 3 bars (Samudera Lounge, Aloha Pool Bar, By The C). Originally from Klungkung Bali, Chef Sudira’s professional career spans from Bali to all over the world with exciting tenures, the most current post before went back to Bali was in Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort for 3,5 years. Specialized in fusion cuisines he spent over 33 years in the kitchen where he cultivates his life’s passion for presenting outstanding culinary in Bali.
